shipping & Delivery
Hexed.com.au offers registered shipping for all orders. We use Australia Post to deliver all your parcels. Your order will be dispatched approximately 24 working hours after payment has been confirmed this can however increase to 3 days if a sale is on or if thereโs a large volume of orders. Delivery then takes another 3-10 days depending on your postcode and postage option chosen at check out.
We do ship internationally but only a select amount of countries are programmed on to the website if your country of residence falls outside of the UK, New Zealand and USA please contact me for a shipping quote.
Please note Western Australian and Northern Territory customers: your order will take between 5-10 working days to arrive (unless you choose express post on checkout).
Should you provide us with an incorrect address or contact information we accept no responsibility for your order.

Returns & Replacements
At hexed.com.au we take time to prepare your order with care. All orders are carefully checked before they are sent to ensure your goods arrive as ordered. If you believe your item is incorrect, damaged or faulty you must notify us by email within 3 days of receipt. Once we have received the goods and confirmed they are faulty or incorrect a replacement of the same item will be sent by registered post, unless the goods are out of stock then a refund (including return postage) or store credit will be given. All goods must be returned to us via registered mail.
We do not refund or exchange if you have a change of mind about your purchase for any reason including your colour choice under any circumstances. Postage costs will not be included in credits. No returns will be accepted on sale item fabrics.

Warranty
We offer 1-Month WARRANTY from the purchase date. All products supplied by Hexed.com.au MUST be installed by a fully qualified mechanic or diesel specialist, proof of installation by the above mentioned will be required
Product found to be defective or faulty by Hexed.com.au will be replaced free of charge. Please provide purchase invoice, installation proof and all details of the said failure
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
- Damage caused by misuse or improper installation
- Liability for labour charges
- Consequential loss or damage incurred as a result of the failure of a Hexed.com.au Products
Cancellation of Order
Hexed.com.au offers a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on all purchases. ALL RETURN POSTAGE COSTS ARE TO BE MET BY THE PURCHASER.
REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED UNDER FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
- An incorrect item has been supplied
- An item is damaged in shipping / transit
- The item has a manufacturers fault
